不知道有多少人跟我一樣，看到網路充斥 AI 文中三不五時冒出的「不是... 而是...」句型就有股煩躁感，我屬於排斥反應較大的族群，每每讀到或聽到都會有一股熟悉的感覺湧上心頭... 噁~ (作家朱宥勳對此種現象拍過一支影片剖析，我也分享過一篇 1300 字就用了九次「不是...而是...」經典案例，噁~)

但嚴格來說，「不是...而是...」本來是正常人口語或寫作會出現的句型，只是 AI 文重複使用它的頻率過高才惹人反感。早上跑步想到一個有趣的問題：既然它是正常寫作會出現的句型，我自己肯定也用過，那我用它的頻率有多高，我有多愛用「不是...而是...」？好巧不巧，我手邊還剛好有樣本可以解答這些疑問 - 我 22 年來部落格累計了超過 4,000 篇文章，寫支個程式便能統計出總共用了幾次，平均寫多少中文字會使用一次？會不會調查完被狠狠打臉，其實我自己也不時掛在嘴邊？

我寫了簡單程式，用 Regex 簡單挑出「不是...而是...」樣式，一併統計總字數，以及去除英文字後的中文字數：

分析結果為共 4,036 篇文章，總字元數 12,536,660 字，其中文字數 3,377,855 字，用到「不是...而是...」的文章有 135 篇(有三篇出現兩次)。平均約 29 篇文章或每兩萬四千字中文會用到一次「不是...而是...」句型。而像先前找到的嚴重 AI 文樣本，一篇文章出現九次，平均 144 字出現一次，確實誇張到離譜，是讓我一看就反胃的原因吧。

回味老文章挺有趣的，順手把結果整理成清單留念：

好奇查了自己的，得到「共 0 篇文章，總字元數 0 字，總中文字數 0 字，符合「不是...而是...」的文章有 0 篇。」 想了想，應該是因為我的部落格文章用語都不太正式的原因www
